Are you insured and bonded?
Absolutely! All of our pet care associates are insured and bonded for your protection. ^
How do I know whether to request a 45 minute, 60 minute walk or a 90 minute “Healthy Adventure”?
A 45 minute walk is the perfect amount of time for a potty, a few minutes of fun (tug-of-war and belly rubs, etc.), a change of scenery and brief social adventure. A 60 minute walk is even better with a little more time to smell the roses. A couple of times a week, however it’s good to get Rover out for a long healthy bit of exercise on one of our 90 minute “Healthy Adventures”. ^
What can my pet expect on his/her walk?
Friendly, social walks to the park and other local areas, at a fast or slow pace that meets your dog’s needs. Lots of love comes with each walk. ^

How will I know if my dog will get along with other dog companions on a semi—private walk?
Before you sign-up for service we will come out to meet your dog and assess his/her temperament, and make matches for doggy companions. And, after each walk you will get a little doggy love note about the experiences on his/her walk, and how he got along with his walking buddies. We have great success with matching dogs. ^
How do you screen and train your staff?
All of our staff is thoroughly screened, with their background and references checked thoroughly. Each must have a great skill level with pets. And once they are hired we have a continued learning program for our staff to stay up on the latest techniques in animal health and behavior. ^
Why shouldn’t I use the neighbor kid to walk my dog?
The safety and security of your animal-family-member should be your dog walker’s first priority. You need someone that you can count on to be reliable, professional and skilled in the care of your pet. Being a full service company we have a back up plan for absent walkers, changes in schedules, extended vacations, etc. ^
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Our goal is to have extremely satisfied pet-clients and their owners. Our guarantee is simple…if we don’t live up to your expectations, there will be no charge for the visit AND we will perfect it the next time around! ^
Do you meet with my dog before we begin service?
Absolutely! Before we begin service we like to come for an initial consult. Our goal is to get to know you and your pet, including getting an assessment of your pet’s needs, evaluating your pet’s temperament to make a match for any group pet activities, discuss service options, and getting to know your pet’s preferences. The initial consult is a 20-30 no charge consult. ^
When can I expect my dog walker to come?
We have three time slots available:

11am-3pm
4pm-6pm. ^
How do I pay for the service?
You can pay by cash, check, or credit card. We keep your credit card on file for your convenience. ^
How do I cancel or change service appointments?
You may cancel service without a fee up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. After 48 hours you may still cancel or change your scheduled service, but we will have to charge a $20.00 fee or the service fee, whichever is less, because of the last minute change in routes. ^
What services do you offer for my pet when I am on vacation?
We could schedule a couple of visits at the beginning and end of the day to provide your pet with food, water, exercise and some attention. While you are on vacation we provide peace of mind for you by having a call-in schedule to let you know that your pet sitter has gotten in and is taking good care of your pet. Overnight service is not yet available. ^
